By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on this website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

1. Store Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Products

We sell factory-sealed trading card game products, including booster boxes, collector booster boxes, cases, and related sealed products.

Product photographs are provided for illustration. Packaging, promotional markings, wrapping, and minor manufacturing details may differ from the images shown.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are sold in English.

Products containing randomly assorted cards do not guarantee any specific card, rarity, treatment, or pull.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Discontinue products
• Correct inventory errors
• Change prices without notice

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if:

• Payment cannot be authorized
• Fraud is suspected
• Billing information cannot be verified
• The order contains an obvious pricing or inventory error

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted when payment has been approved and we send confirmation that the order is being processed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Europe to customers in the United States.

Shipping prices, available services, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Orders of $500 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping, unless otherwise stated.

All delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Orders are shipped internationally from Europe to the United States.

Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier processing fees will be handled according to the shipping method and information displayed during checkout.

Where a shipment is not sent using a duty-paid service, the customer may be responsible for applicable import charges. U.S. Customs and Border Protection states that the importer is ultimately responsible for duties owed.

Do not refuse a shipment solely to avoid customs or carrier charges. Costs resulting from refusal, non-payment, or return-to-sender may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Missing apartment or unit numbers
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to collect a package
• Incorrect contact details

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Sealed trading card products generally must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect their order after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@sealedtcgdirect.com and provide:

• Order number
• Photographs of the shipping carton
• Photographs of the shipping label
• Photographs of the packaging materials
• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

Keep all packaging until the case has been resolved.

11. Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing, been packed, or been dispatched.

Payment-processing fees or other non-refundable transaction costs may be deducted where legally permitted.

12. Intellectual Property

All content created by SealedTCGDirect, including website design, original text, graphics, branding, and layout, belongs to SealedTCGDirect or its licensors.

Product names, game names, logos, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SealedTCGDirect is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the publishers or owners of the trading card games sold, unless expressly stated.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful activity
• Attempt fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Interfere with website security
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Scrape or reproduce website content without permission
• Resell website access or impersonate another person
• Use false information to place an order

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
